We progressively teach the basics to help each player learn at their skill level and grow

Edges- being comfortable on inside and outside edges of skates, stopping, quick starts, transitions from front to back and powerful strides to propel you down the ice.  If you aren't thinking about what your feet are doing you can focus more on your game.

Passing- The best players are those that know when to pass and how to put the puck on their teammates stick with accuracy whether it be with a forehand/ backhand/ or with that special sauce!

Puck Handling - Learning to skate with the puck while keeping your head up.  Basic skills to dangling with the best of them

Shooting - Repetition builds strength and accuracy!  We start with the proper mechanics and release and then work towards control and accuracy.

Position and Hockey sense- Knowing where to be and where to go in each zone of the ice (offensive/defensive and neutral) for each position so no matter where coach puts you, you are an asset.

Goalie - Position sense and skills on how to move side to side and control rebounds
